We are set up at Plot No 284-5 in the GIDC Estate over in Makarpura. Vadodara is a big hub for this kind of work, so it makes sense for us to be here. Nikka Instrumentation has a pretty simple setup. It’s a warehouse-style building where we keep all our tools and testing equipment. The estate is always buzzing with activity, so there is never a dull moment. We have a few technicians who have been with us for years. They know the ins and outs of the instruments better than anyone. We don’t bother with fancy signs or a big reception area because most of our work happens at the benches. You’ll usually find someone hunched over a circuit board or checking a meter. It’s quiet work in some ways, but there is always the sound of fans and the occasional beep from a machine. The 390010 area code is home to a lot of small shops like ours. We all kind of know each other in this part of GIDC. Our days start early to beat the heat, and we stay until the tasks on the list are checked off. There isn't a lot of talk about big goals or visions; we just want to make sure the instruments we handle are working like they should. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and get the testing done right.
