Navbharat Electro Mechanical Industreis

Over at Plot No. C-1-792 in the GIDC Industrial Estate, we spend our time working on electro-mechanical parts for different machines. It’s a mix of electrical wiring and heavy mechanical assembly that requires a lot of focus. You’ll see a lot of copper wire, motor housings, and toolboxes scattered around the worktables. The benches are usually cluttered with parts because we always have several different things going at once. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the components stacked up in the aisles. We’ve been at this location for a good while, and the walls show the age of the place with the peeling paint and oil stains. We do a lot of testing on the motors, so you might hear the hum of equipment starting and stopping all day long. It’s not the cleanest work, as there’s always some oil or grease involved in the assembly process. We have a small crew of about ten people, and we all know how to handle the heavy equipment safely. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a repair or get a big batch ready for shipping the next morning. The office is just a small partitioned space with a fan where we keep the ledger and the old phone. We don’t really bother with fancy decorations or plants. The work is what matters to us. Most of our day is spent hunched over a workbench or moving heavy crates around with the hand truck. It is just a regular shop where people work hard.
