Nalin Rubber Works

At Plot No. 706 in the Gidc Ind. Estate, you will find Nalin Rubber Works. We have been working with rubber here for a long time. The smell is the first thing you notice, but it is just part of the job to us. Our building is a standard industrial shed. It’s got a lot of space but it is mostly filled with raw rubber and the big presses we use. It gets quite hot inside when the machines are running all day. We are a small group of people and we don't have any layers of management. If there is a problem, we just fix it. We don't have a fancy website or a brochure with perfect pictures. The floor is usually covered in bits of rubber and the tools are a bit worn, but they still work fine. We focus on getting the parts made and sent out. The industrial estate is a loud and busy place, and we are just one part of it. We don't try to impress anyone with big words. We just do our work and go home. Sometimes we stay late if a customer is in a hurry, but we don't make a big deal out of it. It is just an honest day’s work at Plot 706. We have been here through the good times and the slow times, and we just keep the machines going.
