Micro Tech Industries is our small operation in the Gidc Estate. The specific address is 78-3-c. It’s one of those places that’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for the number on the door. We do a lot of technical work here, hence the name. It’s mostly small parts and precision stuff, which can be a bit tedious but we’re used to it by now. The Gidc Estate is always humming with noise from all the different shops. 78-3-c isn't a very large space, but it’s enough for us and our equipment. We spend a lot of time hunched over workbenches. It's not the kind of job where you wear a suit. Usually, we're in old shirts that we don't mind getting a bit dirty. Micro Tech Industries has been around for a bit, and we’ve seen a lot of neighbors come and go. We just try to keep our heads down and do the work. There’s no big secret to how we run things. We just show up, turn on the lights, and start on whatever order is next. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half the day fixing them, which is frustrating. But that’s just life in the estate. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just work at 78-3-c and try to be honest.
