Meera Fabricators is based at Plot No. 923, 1-a1 in the Gidc Ind. Estate. If you come by, you’ll definitely hear the sound of welding and metal being cut. We take raw metal and turn it into whatever the customer needs—frames, brackets, or larger structures. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and sparks flying around. We wear our safety gear, but the heat is still something you just have to get used to. Our team is small, mostly just a few guys who are good with a torch and a grinder. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer phones all day. Usually, if the phone rings, one of us wipes our hands and picks it up. We’ve been at this plot for a good long while. The walls are a bit stained and the floor is scarred from years of moving steel around, but that’s just a sign of work being done. We take the blueprints or even just a rough sketch and try to make it real. It isn't always perfect on the first try, but we fix it until it is right. We don't do anything fancy, just solid fabrication work for the other businesses in the estate. It’s a decent living and we like working with our hands. We just try to get the job finished by the time the weekend rolls around.
