We have been here at 394/c-1 in Gidc Makarpura for quite a while now. Matrix Telecom Pvt. Ltd. isn't a massive corporate entity, just a group of us working out of this spot. It gets pretty busy around the estate, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading into their units. We mostly spend our time dealing with phone systems and connectivity stuff. It's not glamorous work. A lot of the day involves checking hardware or sorting out lines for other businesses nearby. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, or the power acts up, but we manage. People stop by the office when they have issues with their setups. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, tools, and a lot of cables. Dealing with telecom gear means keeping track of small parts and making sure things stay connected. We've seen the neighborhood change over the years as more shops open up in the GIDC area. It's a decent place to work. Our office is easy to find if you know the Makarpura layout. We try to keep things simple here. No big speeches or complicated processes. We just get the jobs done as they come in. Sometimes we're out on site and sometimes we're just here at the desk. That’s pretty much how it goes for us every day. We’ve stayed in this same location because it works for what we do.
