Being located in the GIDC Industrial Estate means it is always noisy and busy around our office. We are at Plot No. 203. It's an industrial area, so there are trucks moving and machines running all day long. That suits us just fine because we are part of that whole world. We focus on infrastructure and the heavy stuff that keeps things running. It is not glamorous work. There is a lot of concrete, steel, and planning involved. We have a small team in the office handling the math and the permits. Most of the time, the guys are out where the actual building happens. We’ve seen the estate change over the years as more businesses move in. Our space is functional, with just enough room for the files and the computer screens we need. We try to keep things organized, but when you have three projects going at once, the desk gets messy. Dealing with contractors and suppliers is our daily life. Some days are smoother than others. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertising because most people just find us by word of mouth in the estate. We prefer it that way. If you come by, expect some dust and maybe a bit of a wait while we finish a phone call. We are just a local LLP trying to do a solid job on every site we manage. We aren't trying to be something we aren't.
