If you know this part of the estate, you know it stays pretty busy from early morning until late in the evening. Our spot isn't the easiest to find on your first try, as the numbers don't always follow a straight line, but we have been at this address long enough that most the local delivery drivers know where to go. The building itself is just a standard industrial structure. Inside, it's mostly about the work and keeping things moving. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that because most of our day is spent handling the actual business at hand. The floors are concrete and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. Being in the Gidc Ind. Estate means there is always the sound of machinery or vehicles in the background. Sometimes the power flickers when the weather gets bad, which is just part of being in this sector. We usually have a few staff members sitting in the front office handling the ledger books and the phone calls. It gets quite dusty during the dry season, so we are always cleaning off the desks. It’s a plain, honest place where we just focus on the tasks we have for that day without much fuss or any fancy distractions to slow us down.
