Jury Chem Industries

Jury Chem Industries is located at Plot No. 986-15-a in the Gidc Ind. Estate. If you come by, you’ll probably notice the smell of the place first—it’s just the nature of working with chemicals. It’s a very functional site, mostly filled with drums and storage tanks. We have a small office tucked into the front corner where the paperwork gets handled, but most of the action is in the back. The floor is usually a bit stained, and we have to be careful where we step. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from loading the trucks to answering the phone. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just focus on the batches we are running. The GIDC estate is a rough and tumble kind of place, especially when the rain starts and the drains get clogged. We spend a lot of time checking temperatures and looking at gauges. It’s a repetitive kind of job, but it requires a lot of attention. We don’t have many visitors, but when someone does show up, we usually talk to them out by the gate. It’s easier than trying to find a clean chair inside. We’ve been at this plot for years and we know the rhythms of the street. It’s just honest work in a tough environment, and we’re fine with that.
