Ghanshyam Industries

Ghanshyam Industries is based out of Plot No. 40-b in the GIDC Industrial Estate. It’s a fairly straightforward setup we have here. The building isn't new, and it shows a bit of wear and tear, but it serves its purpose well enough. We have a lot of heavy equipment packed into the space, so you have to watch your step when walking through the main floor. The light isn't always the best, but we know where everything is. Our daily life revolves around the production schedule. Some days are slow and we spend time on maintenance, and other days we are running full tilt to get things finished. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to our customers over the phone or when they drop by the plot. It’s a noisy environment with the sound of metal hitting metal and the hum of motors. We usually take our breaks together and talk about regular stuff like the weather or what's going on in the news. It’s a tight-knit group, and we’ve been working together for a long time. We don't make big promises; we just do what we can and try to avoid any mistakes. It’s a basic industrial unit, and we are fine with that. It gets the job done and keeps the lights on for everyone here in the shop. We just stay focused on the work.
