Fluoro Plastics

Fluoro Plastics is located at Plot No. 284-8 within the GIDC Industrial Estate. It is a busy area with plenty of other shops and factories around us. We spend our days working with different kinds of plastic materials. There is usually a specific smell in the air from the machines running all day long. We have a few big machines that take up most of the floor space, so you have to watch where you walk. Our team is small, and we mostly just wear our work clothes because things can get a bit messy with the plastic scraps. We keep the scrap pieces in bins to be moved later. The floor is usually a bit dusty from the production, but we try to keep the main paths clear. At Plot No. 284-8, we have a small gate where the trucks come in to pick up the finished items. We do not have a big waiting room or anything like that. If you come by, you will probably find one of us standing near the machines or checking the settings. The GIDC estate has its own schedule, so things start early and wrap up late. We have a small area where we keep our lunch boxes and take breaks. It is a straightforward job, and we have gotten used to the noise and the heat over the years. We just keep our heads down and get the orders out as they come in. It is nothing fancy, just hard work.
