We are located at Plot No. 283 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. It’s a busy spot, and there is always something going on nearby. Flexican Bellows Hoses Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this facility for some time. If you know the GIDC, you know how these plots are set up. We share the road with a lot of other units, and the traffic can get heavy during shift changes. Inside our gates, it is mostly about the production line. We spend most of our time making sure the orders are ready and the equipment is looked after. It gets quite loud in the workshop, so we usually have to raise our voices to be heard. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the actual work to worry about that. It is a practical space, built for utility rather than looking good. We keep a small crew here, and everyone knows what they need to do. Some of us have been coming to this address for years. The routine stays the same for the most part. We open up early, check the logs, and start the day’s production. It’s a straightforward life here at Plot 283. We don't do much besides keep our heads down and handle the daily requirements of the business. It works for us and keeps everyone busy enough. Sometimes the heat is a problem in summer, but we just keep the fans going and get through the shift. It’s not fancy, but it is where we work.
