Deluxe Flush Doors Corporation

Our workshop is at Plot No. 347, right near Vijay Transport in the Gidc Ind. Estate. Being near the transport hub means there are always big trucks rumbling past our doors at all hours. We make flush doors, so there is always a lot of heavy glue and wood veneer sitting around the shop. It gets quite dusty, no matter how much we try to sweep the floors at the end of the shift. We have these big presses that take up a lot of room in the center. When they are running, you can feel the floor vibrate a little bit under your feet. We spend our days measuring frames and trimming edges to the right size. It is a lot of lifting, so we all have strong backs from the work. The smell of the adhesive is something you just get used to after a week or two on the job. We don't have any flashy signs or a big showroom for people to visit. We just have our stacks of finished doors waiting to be loaded up on the next truck. Sometimes we have to work late when a big order comes in, and the light from our shop is the only thing on in this part of the estate. It is honest work and it pays the bills. We try to keep things moving along without too much fuss or complaining. It is just a group of people making doors day in and day out.
