About Chartered Rubber Products – Engineering in Vadodara
We’ve been at Plot No. A2-485-b1 for a while now. It’s a busy spot in the GIDC Industrial Estate. Most days it’s just us getting the rubber orders out. It gets a bit loud with the machines running, but that's how it is. Sometimes the heat in the workshop is a lot, especially in the afternoons. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the floor gets a bit messy when we're busy. My desk is tucked in the corner where I can see most of what’s going on. We handle a lot of different rubber pieces here. Some are small, some are quite big and heavy to move around. People come by the estate looking for specific parts, and we usually have someone around to talk to them. It isn’t fancy at all. There’s a small tea stall just down the road where we grab a break. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the pieces look okay before they go out. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things over. We have a few older machines that still run great, though they need a bit of oil now and then. Nothing too complicated, just a local shop trying to stay on top of the schedule. The walls are a bit stained from the materials, and the shelves are packed with molds. It's just a regular workplace for people who like real work.
