Canton Laboratories is basically just a functional spot over at Plot 110-a-b in GIDC Makarpura. Vadodara is full of places like this, but we’ve made this one our own over the years. The 390010 area is always buzzing with activity. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a grey block with a few windows. Inside, it's a different story with all the lab benches and specialized equipment. We spend our days mostly in lab coats, looking at samples and writing down numbers. It’s quiet work, except for the hum of the fridge units. We’ve got a small team here, and most of us have been around for a long time. We know each other’s kids and what we did over the weekend. The office desk is a bit cluttered with manuals and old registers. We don’t really have a lobby for visitors, so if someone stops by, they usually just stand in the doorway or pull up a spare stool. The air in Makarpura can be a bit thick sometimes because of all the other factories, but we’ve got good filters inside. We don’t go in for fancy branding or slogans. We just focus on the testing and making sure the results are accurate. It’s a steady routine. We show up, do the work, have our tea, and head home to our families.
