Our place is located at Plot No. 271 in the Gidc Ind. Estate. Bharat Heat Insulation Refractory Industries has been operating from here for some time now. Dealing with refractory stuff and heat insulation usually means things get a bit dusty and warm around the workshop. It’s hard work, and we spend most of our hours making sure the materials are handled right. The yard at Plot 271 is often full of supplies and bits of equipment. We aren't big on fancy meetings or long speeches. Usually, we just check the orders and get to it. Some of the guys have been here for years, so they know the routines inside out. The Gidc Ind. Estate is pretty crowded, but we managed to carve out our own corner here. Sometimes the machines act up or the weather makes things a bit slower, but we just keep going. It is honest work, really. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the real stuff happens on the floor. If you ever walk by, you'll see we are just a regular crew doing what needs to be done with the insulation materials. It's not glamorous, but it keeps the lights on and the work moving forward. We just take it one day at a time.
