You can find Bharat Corrub Industries Llp at Plot No. 749-8 in the Gidc Ind. Estate. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a decent spot for what we do. The building itself is sturdy, though it gets a little cramped when we have a lot of materials coming in at once. We are an LLP, which mostly just means a few of us are in charge together and we all share the headaches of running the place. Most mornings start with a quick talk about what needs to be finished by five o'clock. We don't have any fancy software to track things; usually, it’s just notes scribbled on a pad or remembered in someone’s head. The floor is concrete and stays cool even when it’s boiling outside, which is nice. We spend a lot of time moving things around to make space. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit and tie. Most of us are in work clothes that usually end up with a few grease spots by lunchtime. The neighborhood is mostly other industrial units, so there’s always the sound of hammers or engines in the distance. We like the location because the suppliers are close by. If we run out of something, someone can just hop on a scooter and go grab it. It’s a simple way of working, and it seems to suit us just fine.
