You can find Arrow Powertech at Plot No. 23 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. We’ve been here for several years now, working out of a standard industrial shed. We mostly deal with electrical panels and power control systems. It’s not a very flashy business. Inside, the walls are lined with components, wires, and tools. There’s usually someone at a bench with a soldering iron or a multimeter testing a circuit. We aren’t a huge corporation with a lot of layers. If you call, you usually end up talking to one of the people actually working on the floor. We do a lot of custom work for other local businesses that need specific power solutions. It’s a lot of manual assembly and testing. Sometimes the workspace gets a bit cluttered with half-finished projects, but we know where everything is. We don't spend any time on marketing or trying to sound important. We just focus on building things that don't fail when they get installed. The days are long sometimes, especially when a big order needs to go out by Friday. We just put our heads down and get it done. We’ve got a good group of guys who know their electronics and don’t mind getting their hands a bit dirty. It’s a solid way to make a living and it keeps us busy year-round without much fuss.
