We are based in the Gidc Estate in Makarpura at Plot No. 899/1/3. A lot of people know us because we are right near the Purohit Hotel. It’s a busy part of Vadodara and it gets quite loud with all the traffic. Our place is a bit of a mix of a warehouse and a small office. We deal with various industrial supplies, so there are always boxes and parts stacked up against the walls. It’s not a very organized look, but we know where everything is. The office is just a tiny room where we answer the phone and do the billing. It gets quite hot in there, so we usually have a small fan going all day. We’ve been here for a while and most of our customers are people from the same industrial area who just drop in when they need something. We don’t do any big advertising or anything fancy. We just try to be here when people need us and get the supplies out to them quickly. It’s a bit of a family vibe here even if we aren't all kin. We just get through the day, handle the orders as they come, and close up around seven. It’s just how we run things here and we don’t really change much as long as the work keeps coming in.
