Alfatech Systems Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Plot No. 417 within the Gidc Industrial Estate. Working inside an industrial estate like this means you are constantly surrounded by large factories and busy warehouses, which is the kind of environment we have grown used to over the years. We deal with various systems and technical equipment, so our workspace is a bit of a mix between computer stations and physical hardware. It can get pretty messy when we are in the middle of a big installation, with wires and different components scattered across the benches. We have a small team here and we’ve all been working together for quite some time now. It is the type of workplace where everyone knows their job without needing to be reminded every hour. The Gidc area is huge, but we have made our specific corner at Plot 417 work well for our needs. We don't have a giant neon sign or any kind of fancy entrance. It’s just a standard industrial building where we handle our daily business. Lunch usually consists of something quick we pick up from a local food stall or whatever we managed to bring from home that day. We spend a lot of our time troubleshooting issues and making sure all the systems are running properly. It isn't always the most exciting work, but it’s what we know. The constant noise from the other industrial units in the estate is just normal background noise to us. We just keep doing our thing.
