Aim Tech Value Automation

Our place, Aim Tech Value Automation, is located at Plot No. B-299-f3 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't familiar with the grid of the estate, but we’ve been here long enough that most of the nearby workshops know where we are. We work on automation, which sounds a bit more high-tech than it actually looks on a daily basis. Mostly, it’s us sitting around benches with wires, sensors, and various metal parts trying to make things move the way they’re supposed to. The shop floor is usually a bit of a mess with ongoing projects and tools lying around. We aren't big on corporate rules or wearing uniforms; we just wear what’s comfortable for crawling around under machines. Some days we are busy till late at night trying to figure out why a piece of code or a mechanical arm isn't behaving properly. It’s satisfying when things finally click into place after a long day of troubleshooting. We don’t spend much on advertising because the work usually speaks for itself among the other factory owners in the GIDC. We share tea with the guys from the next plot and talk about how the business is going. It’s a practical life, focused on solving problems and making sure the machines keep running for whoever needs them. We just take it one job at a time and try to stay on top of things.
