We are based at Plot No. 299-300 in the Gidc Ind. Estate. It is a decent-sized space that allows Advanced Systek Pvt. Ltd. to do its daily work. The estate itself is always humming with the sound of industry. We have been here for a while and the building shows its age a little, but it’s sturdy. Inside, we have our workshop and the storage areas. We don't spend money on expensive decorations because we are too busy working. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time. They know where everything is kept and how to handle the equipment without needing to be told. The morning starts with us checking what needs to be shipped out. There’s usually a bit of back and forth with the drivers. We have a small area where we can sit and have our lunch. It’s nothing special, just some plastic chairs and a table. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes it tough to stay focused, but we have enough fans to keep the air moving. We aren't looking to be the biggest company around. We just want to do our work properly and go home to our families. The Gidc area is familiar to us and we like being part of the local business community here. It’s a practical place for a practical kind of business like ours.
