Advanced Sys-tek Pvt. Ltd. takes up Plot No. 299-300 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. Having two plots gives us a bit more room than some of our neighbors, but we still manage to fill it all up with equipment and parts. It is a technical kind of environment here. We have a lot of tools and components scattered around, and the work requires a bit of concentration. The office area is usually buzzing with the sound of computers and people talking on the phone. We aren't the type to wear ties or have formal meetings in boardrooms. We usually just gather around a desk or a piece of equipment to figure things out. The GIDC is a busy place, and the noise from the street sometimes drifts into our workspace, but we’ve learned to ignore it over the years. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now, and the building has seen a lot of changes as we’ve grown. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the different sections we’ve added. We don’t try to impress anyone with a fancy entrance or expensive furniture. We just care about getting the systems to work like they are supposed to. It is a practical way of doing things, and it has served us well so far. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the tasks at hand at Plots 299 and 300. It is a lot of trial and error some days, but we manage.
