Our setup is located at House No. Type Ii/20 in the Manibhai Park Society, right off Ajwa Road in Sayajipura, Vadodara. It’s a bit of a different spot for a logistics business because it’s tucked away in a residential society, but it works for what we do at Mahindra Logistics. Most mornings start with checking the logs and seeing what’s moving through Gujarat. We have a small office space here where we manage the local operations. It’s usually pretty quiet inside, except for the occasional phone call or the sound of someone typing away at the manifest. Since we’re in a society, we try to keep things respectful for the neighbors, so you won’t see massive trucks blocking the driveway all day. It’s more of a coordination point for us. We spend a lot of time on the computer or the phone, making sure the cargo is where it’s supposed to be. Vadodara is a good place to be for this kind of work, and being on Ajwa Road makes it easy enough to get out to the main highways when we need to. It’s not a big, shiny corporate building with glass walls; it’s just a regular house that we’ve made into our base of operations. We like it that way because it feels more personal. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the logistics side of things stays on track without causing any fuss. It’s just about making sure the loads get moved properly and the paperwork is sorted.
