Mahendra K Sathwara Company

Mahendra K Sathwara Company has been sitting here on Palace Road for quite a while now. It is a busy street, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. The building isn't very new, and the stairs are a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We mostly spend our days dealing with whatever comes through the door. There isn't a big team of people here, just Mahendra and a few of us who have been around for years. We know most of the people who walk by by their first names. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit outside on the steps until it comes back on. It gives us a chance to talk to the neighbors. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big sales pitch. If you need something, you just ask, and we see if we can help out. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and old files that we haven't sorted through yet. We like it that way because we know where everything is. Palace Road is a good place to be because everything is close by. We don't bother with much of the modern stuff you see in the city offices. We just keep the doors open and do what we've always done. It’s a quiet life for the most part, and we aren't looking to change it much. It works for us.
