M. M. Construction Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is located at number 16 in Pallav Park Society 2, right behind Bright School in the Karelibaug area of Vadodara. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it stays fairly quiet compared to the main roads. M. M. Construction Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for some time now. We like being in a society because it feels more like a community than a cold office building. We have a few desks set up and we keep all our blueprints and site papers scattered around. Usually, there’s a bit of dust because that’s just how it is when you’re in the construction business. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties every day. Mostly, we are in and out, visiting sites or talking to suppliers. When we are in the office, we’re usually catching up on paperwork or meeting with people about their projects. It’s a small team here, just a handful of us who have worked together for years. We know the area well since we’ve lived and worked around Karelibaug for a long time. It’s a simple setup, nothing over the top. We just focus on getting the buildings done and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s steady work and we enjoy the process of seeing things grow from the ground up right here in our own city. Most of our clients come by recommendation from people who live nearby. It is just easier to do business that way.
