We started Luv Tours & Travels here in Alkapuri. Our place is located right behind the Vadodara Central Office. It’s a pretty central location, which makes it handy for everyone. Alkapuri is a nice part of town, and we’ve been here long enough to see a lot of things change. We don't have a big corporate office with a reception desk. It’s just a plain room where we handle car rentals and trip planning. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with brochures and keys everywhere, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time on the phone with drivers or talking to people who walk in. It’s a local operation, mostly just family and a few helpers. We don't use any fancy sales talk. If we can help you with a car, we will. If not, we’ll tell you. We like the honesty of running a small business like this. The area behind the Central Office is usually busy with people parked everywhere, but it’s a good spot for us. We’ve got our regular customers who stop by for a chat even when they don't need a ride. We just keep things moving, one day at a time, making sure the vehicles are clean and the drivers are ready.
