We are located in Ravi Park over in the Tarsali area of Vadodara. The address says C/184, and it is a bit of a mix of residential and small industrial plots around here. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the big factories on the outskirts of the city. We focus on making these oilless bearings, which is a bit of a niche thing, but it keeps us very busy throughout the week. The workshop has that specific metal smell, and there is always a fine layer of dust on the workbenches from the machining process. We are a small team, so everyone knows exactly what needs to be done without being told twice. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone in a suit. Most of us are in work shirts and we’ve usually got some grease on our hands by mid-morning. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the machines whirring from the street. When someone comes by looking for a specific part, they usually just walk right into the production area to find us. We take pride in the fact that our bearings don't need extra lubrication, which is something we spent a lot of time getting right. Lunch is usually a quick break where we sit outside if the weather is okay. It is a humble setup in Vadodara, but we have been doing this long enough to know the ins and outs of the trade.
