Operating out of Plot No 161/1 and 162, Link Pharma Chemist Limited is right in the heart of GIDC Nandesare. If you know Nandesare, you know it’s a big industrial hub, so it’s not exactly a quiet place to work. There are factories all around us in Nandesare, and the roads are always full of big trucks and tankers. Our plots are fairly large, which gives us the space we need for the pharmaceutical production and storage. The air in GIDC has that industrial smell, and it gets quite dusty, especially in the summer months. We’ve been operating from these two plots for quite some time now. The building itself is just a plain industrial structure, nothing fancy or modern about it. Inside, it’s all about the machines and the chemical mixtures we handle. Our staff mostly consists of local workers who have been with us for years. We don't have a big marketing department or a polished image. We just come in, do the work, and make sure the shipments go out to the chemists. Sometimes the water supply in Nandesare can be a bit tricky, but we manage. It’s a hard-working environment, and we don’t have much time for anything other than the daily production schedule. We keep the gates at 161/1 and 162 open during the day for the deliveries. It’s just a standard life in the industrial zone for all of us here in Nandesare.
