L & T

We are L & T, and we work out of a place in Baroda. Our office is actually in a residential complex called Devarshi Flats, unit number -203. It’s located right behind the Laxminarayan Mandir in the Manjalpur area. Being near the temple makes it easy for people to find us, which is helpful. The flat isn't a typical business office. It’s more of a quiet workspace where we can focus. We’ve been here for quite a few years now. Manjalpur is a nice, calm part of the city. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations in our space. It’s just a few rooms with desks and computers. We don't have a big staff, so it’s usually just a couple of us here. We don't bother with corporate talk or fancy presentations. When we have a job to do, we just sit down and get it done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on our projects. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat, which is nice. We aren't part of some massive corporate machine. We just run our own show here. It’s a practical setup that works for us. We don't do any marketing. We just rely on the work we’ve done before to keep things going. It’s a steady way to live. We like being in Baroda and being part of the local scene here in Manjalpur.
