Kunj Architect Engineers

We are located on Wadi LBS Road. It’s a fairly busy stretch of road, so there’s always something going on outside our door. Here at Kunj, we do a bit of everything when it comes to buildings and engineering. It's not just about drawing pretty pictures; we have to make sure the things actually stand up. Our workspace is usually covered in site maps and technical manuals. We aren't the type to have a polished showroom. It’s more of a working office where pencils are always getting lost and the coffee machine is always running. We spend a lot of time talking to builders and trying to figure out the best way to use a piece of land. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get out to the sites, but we stay busy with the paperwork regardless. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the people around here know us as the ones who are always looking at blueprints. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes things get a bit stressful when deadlines are close. But we just keep at it. We like the practical side of things, getting our hands dirty and seeing a project move from a piece of paper to a real structure on the street. It’s busy and loud, but it is what we do every day and we are quite content with the chaos.
