Kizen Sales & Service

We are located on the Mangammanpalya Main Road, specifically at B 57 in the Sunrise Duplex. It’s near Ajitanagar here in Vadodara. The shop is basically a mix of a showroom and a workshop. We have things for sale in the front, and then the back is where all the actual work happens. It’s usually a bit of a mess with tools lying around and things being taken apart. We deal with a lot of different equipment at Kizen Sales & Service, so there's always something new to look at. The road outside is always busy with bikes and people going about their day. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the traffic, so we have to clean the front glass every morning. We aren't a big corporation; it’s just a local operation where we know our customers by name. If someone has a problem with something they bought, they just bring it back and we take a look at it. We don't have a lot of staff, so sometimes you might have to wait a minute if we are in the middle of a repair. It’s a practical setup. We spend most of our time on the phone or working with our hands. It’s nothing fancy, just a regular shop in a regular neighborhood. We’ve been at this Sunrise Duplex spot for a while and don't plan on moving anywhere else for the time being.
