Down in G.I.D.C. Makarpura, specifically on Lane No. 47, is where you will find us. The address is 450/2, and it’s a spot we’ve called home for Kitchen Tech Industries for a good while now. Vadodara is a busy city, and this industrial area is right in the thick of it. There is always a lot of noise from the neighboring units, usually the sound of metal being cut or machines humming. Our workshop isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s a standard shed with some heavy doors that we keep open when the weather gets too hot. We spend most of our time dealing with kitchen equipment and parts. It's dirty work sometimes, getting grease on your clothes and calluses on your fingers. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. If someone stops by, they usually just walk right into the work area and find one of us. We have a small desk tucked in the corner for paperwork, but it’s mostly covered in tools and sketches. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that is usually when we take a real break. We just try to get the jobs done correctly so we don't have to redo them later. It is a simple setup, but it works for what we need to do every day to keep the business going for everyone involved here.
