Kay Pee Transport Company

Our transport company is based out of Gokul Nagar in the Sindhi Society area of Baroda. We've been on Makarpura Road for a good while. It's a heavy-traffic area which actually suits us fine because that's where the trucks are. We spend most of our time talking to drivers and checking on routes. It’s a bit of a dusty job, what with the road being right there, but we don’t mind it. The office is at 5/A, and it’s basically just a place to keep the logs and take calls. People stop by to arrange for moving their stuff across the state or sometimes further. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just basic hauling and transport tasks. Baroda is a good place to be for this kind of work because of the connectivity. We’ve got a small team, and everyone knows what they need to do. Sometimes the trucks break down or the weather gets bad, which makes things stressful, but that’s just how the transport business goes. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. People mostly find out about us by seeing our trucks or just knowing we’ve been in Sindhi Society for years. It's a straightforward operation. We just try to get the loads delivered without too much fuss. It's a lot of early mornings and late nights, but that's what keeps the wheels turning on Makarpura Road. We like the work here.
