Kaushik Bhatt & Associates

We are located over at the Giriraj Apartment, right on the mezzanine floor. It’s a bit of an older building but it serves us well enough for what we do here. Being opposite the Income Tax Office means there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside, especially during certain times of the year. Kaushik Bhatt & Associates has been operating out of this spot on Dr Vikas Street for a while now. Finding Lane No 5 near the Race Course Circle isn't too hard once you know the area, though the cable cross lane can get a bit crowded with parked scooters. Inside, the office is filled with bookshelves and stacks of documents because that’s just the nature of our work. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s just a place where we sit down and get things done. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the street sounds coming up, but we’re used to it by now. The team here just focuses on the files on their desks. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep up with the paperwork that never seems to end. It’s a practical space. We chose this location because it’s central and people can drop by easily while they are doing other errands near the circle. It’s not a shiny corporate office, just a workspace where we spend our days. We've got our routine down and we stick to it. We mostly keep to ourselves and work through the folders that grow every morning.
