Wild Squadron operates out of a small place in Karli Baag. It’s an interesting area with a lot of trees and a bit of a slower pace compared to the center of town. We chose the name because it sounded a bit different, but at the end of the day, we are just a small group of people working together. Our building isn't very large, and it sits back a bit from the main path, so you have to keep an eye out for us. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights or anything like that. Inside, it’s a bit of a mix of things, depending on what we are working on that week. We spend a lot of time just talking through ideas or handling the basic tasks that keep the place running. The air in Karli Baag is nice, and we often leave the windows open to catch the breeze, even if it brings in a few leaves now and then. We don't have a corporate structure or fancy titles; we all just pitch in where it's needed. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized, and there are stacks of papers or gear in places they shouldn't be, but we eventually get around to tidying up. It’s a relaxed environment, and we like it that way. Most of the people who come by are locals who heard about us from someone else. It’s a very grounded way to run things. We just do our thing here.
