We are Hm Hardware Pvt. Ltd. and you’ll find our place at No. 101-102 in the Vrajraj Apartment. We are situated in Karelibaug, right across from the Amba Mata Mandir. The Maruti Complex is also very close by, which helps people figure out where we are. Being on the ground floor makes it easy to move boxes and hardware items in and out. It’s a lively neighborhood because of the temple, so there are always people walking around and a bit of a buzz in the air. We’ve been operating out of these units for some time now. It’s not a grand showroom, just a space filled with all sorts of hardware supplies. We spend a lot of time counting inventory and helping people find the right screws or handles. It’s practical work. The office part is just a desk and some chairs where we handle the billing. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just sell hardware. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the shop when a lot of people come at once, but we manage. We like being in Karelibaug because it feels like a real community. The sound of the temple bells is a nice backdrop to our workday. We just try to keep the shelves stocked and stay helpful to anyone who walks through the door. It’s a steady business for us.
