Alex International

We are based in the Karelibaug Industrial Estate in Vadodara. Our place is 81c on Jalaram Marg. It is a typical industrial area, so there is always a bit of noise from the neighbors and trucks coming and going. At Alex International, we handle a lot of different things, mostly involving international trade and shipping. Our space is half office and half storage. You’ll see plenty of crates and pallets around if you walk in. We spend a lot of time on the phone dealing with customs and transport companies. It can be stressful when a container is stuck somewhere, but we’ve learned to deal with it over the years. We aren't a big, shiny corporation. We are just a small team of people who know the ropes of the export and import business. The walls are a bit bare and the furniture has seen better days, but it works for what we need. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll likely find us buried under a pile of shipping documents or checking on a shipment in the warehouse. It’s a straightforward operation. We just try to get the goods from point A to point B without too many headaches. That’s our daily life here on Jalaram Marg. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. The paperwork is always there. We just take it one day at a time and keep the freight moving as best as we can. Everyone here pitch in when things get busy.
