Kaptab Pharmaceuticals

We’re located at Building No- 4/8 in the BIDC area of Gorwa. It’s an older industrial estate, so the buildings have some character, or at least some history. Our spot is a straightforward pharmaceutical setup. We have the production area and a small section for the administrative side of things. It’s often quite noisy with the sound of the equipment running. We wear our lab coats and get to work early in the morning. The air in Gorwa usually smells a bit like industry. We don’t mind it. Our desks are covered in logbooks and inventory sheets because there is always something to track. We have a few windows that look out onto the yard where the delivery vans park. It isn't a place for tourists. We just focus on making the products correctly. Sometimes the gate squeaks when it opens, and we keep saying we’ll oil it, but we get busy. The staff here has been around for a long time. We know the routines by heart. We take our tea breaks together in the small breakroom. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. No one is trying to impress anyone; we just want to make sure the batches are right and the orders go out on time. It’s a solid way to spend the day. We usually lock up around six and head home. The rhythm of the factory is what keeps us going through the week.
