You can find Kamal B Pandya over on Palace Road in the Sankalp Complex. My office is located on the second floor, so you have to walk up the stairs which can be a bit tiring if you aren’t used to it. The complex is quite busy with different shops and services, and Palace Road itself is always packed with cars and rickshaws. The noise from the traffic definitely makes its way up to the second floor, but once you get inside my office, it’s a bit more manageable. The space is fairly standard with some filing cabinets, a big table for work, and a few chairs for whoever drops by. It’s not a very big room, but it’s enough for what I need to do. I spend a lot of time reading through documents and writing things down. The walls have a few old calendars and photos pinned to them just to make the place feel a bit more like home. I’ve been in this complex for a while now, so I know the other people working on this floor pretty well. We often chat in the hallway or share news about what’s happening on Palace Road. It’s a practical place to work, and I don’t feel the need to make it look fancy. As long as the lights work and the fan keeps the air moving, I’m happy to stay here and finish my chores.
