Kalpataru Power

We have been here for some time now, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the street and the people walking by. The office is basic but functional. We have our workspace set up with the necessary computers and some filing systems that are starting to overflow with paper. There is a small area where we keep the kettle for tea. The people working here are a practical bunch. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings or long presentations. Instead, we just get straight to the tasks that need finishing. Baroda is a busy city, and our corner of it is no different. There is always noise from the traffic and the shops nearby. Inside, we try to keep things as organized as possible, though some desks are always buried under papers and folders. We have a few windows that look out onto the street, which is nice for a bit of fresh air in the mornings. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know how to work together. Most of us have been in Baroda our whole lives, so this place feels like home. It is a simple, honest way to make a living, and we just keep moving forward one day at a time.
