The shop is located at 126/5 in the GIDC area of Nandesari. If you know this part of Gujarat, you know it’s mostly just factories and small units everywhere. It gets pretty dusty out here with all the trucks moving in and out all day long. We spend most of our time dealing with different chemical drums and containers. It’s heavy work. The floor is concrete and usually has some scuff marks from moving things around. We’ve been in this specific shop for a good bit of time now. It’s not a big fancy office, just a place where we get the job done. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes the shed feel quite warm, but we’re used to it. We handle a lot of different orders for local industries nearby. Usually, the phone starts ringing early in the morning with people asking about stocks or delivery times. We just write everything down in a big manual diary we keep on the main desk. It’s a bit old-fashioned but it works for us. Most of the guys working here live nearby, so we all know each other pretty well. We don’t really do any big ads or anything like that. People just know where we are in GIDC. We mostly just focus on getting the right chemicals to the right people without making a fuss. It is honest work and keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday every week.
