K P. Sales is located at Plot No. A/27 in the Tricha Duplex area. We are tucked away behind Sugam Park, just off Harni Road. It’s a bit of a residential spot, so it’s not as loud as being right on the main road. We use the ground floor for our operations. It’s filled with boxes and samples of what we sell. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors are used to seeing us moving things around. It’s a small operation, mostly just me and a helper. We don’t have a big storefront with glass windows. It’s more of a warehouse and office combined. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people. When we are in the office, we’re usually catching up on billing or checking what needs to be ordered next. The space is a bit cramped because we have so much stock right now, but we make do. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a dedicated sales team. We just talk to people and show them what we have. It’s a simple way to do business, but it works for us. Sometimes the gate at Tricha Duplex gets stuck, so you have to give it a good push. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that people can count on. It’s just honest work day in and day out on Harni Road. We keep it simple because that’s what we know best.
