K K Parikh & Co has been operating out of 211 Alkapuri for a long time. It is a straightforward office in a part of town that we really enjoy. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy out front. It is just a place where we do our daily business. Inside, you will find a couple of rooms filled with books and folders. We have a small staff and we all know what we are doing. There is no need for big meetings or long emails when we are all sitting in the same space. We just talk across the desks. The atmosphere is pretty informal. We wear comfortable clothes and drink a lot of tea while we work. Alkapuri is a nice area with good roads and lots of trees. We like the pace of life here. Our office is functional and does not have any of that modern corporate feel. We don't really follow any specific "company culture" or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and handle whatever comes up. It’s a simple way of running a business and it has served us well so far. We appreciate the clients who have been coming to this address for years. It feels like a stable part of the community. We just keep things moving and stay focused on the paperwork in front of us.
