Jyoti Auto Suppliers is sitting at 15 Vadodara, right behind Jubilee Baug. If you know the area, you know it can get a bit crowded with traffic, but it is a good spot for a shop like ours. We have shelves full of different auto parts and supplies that have been there for a while. The shop usually smells a bit like rubber and new metal, which is just how it is when you deal with car and bike parts. Behind Jubilee Baug is a nice place to be because of the trees, though we don't always have time to go sit there. Most of our day is spent helping people find the right bolt or filter they need for their vehicles. It is a lot of reaching for boxes on high shelves and checking catalogs. We don't have a big fancy showroom with bright lights. It is just a practical space where things are stacked where we can find them. The floor is concrete and can get a bit dusty from the street outside. We have a small desk where we keep the ledger and the phone. Sometimes customers stay for a bit to talk about their cars while we look for a part. It is a simple life at number 15. We open up the shutters early and stay until the evening traffic starts to die down. It’s just how we run things here in Vadodara.
