Jhaveri Polymers (P) Ltd.

Our office is situated on the seventh floor of Shriram Chambers, right on R.C. Dutt Road in the Alkapuri area. Alkapuri is a pretty nice part of town, but the traffic on the main road can be a real headache during rush hour. We deal with polymers and plastic raw materials, so our day is mostly filled with paperwork, phone calls, and keeping track of inventory levels at the warehouse. It’s a typical office setup with a few computers, a lot of files, and a small area where we make tea for the staff. We aren't manufacturing anything in this building; it’s more of the nerve center for the business side of things. We’ve been in this same spot for many years, so the walls have seen a lot of change in the neighborhood. The atmosphere is generally quiet, except for the occasional sound of the printer or someone debating prices on the phone. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. People come in to discuss orders or drop off documents, and we just keep things moving. We usually close up around six or seven, depending on how much work is left. It’s steady work and we’ve built up some good relationships with the people we deal with. It’s just a group of us trying to run a decent business in a busy city.
