Jay Somnath Constructions (L&T)

Our office is at A/2, Snehal Park Society, which is right across from Paragraj Society in Vadodara. We are located on the Harni-Warashia Ring Road. It’s a busy enough spot. We handle construction work, often in connection with L&T projects. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet to discuss the day's plans. We have a lot of maps and schedules pinned to the walls. In this line of work, you have to be ready for things to change quickly. A site might have an issue, or the weather might turn. We just take it as it comes. We’ve lived and worked in Gujarat for years, so we know how the local systems work. It’s a straightforward operation. We aren't interested in fancy marketing. We just want to make sure the work we are responsible for gets finished properly. Sometimes we stay late when a project is at a critical stage. Other times, we get to leave on time. It’s a regular life. We know the shopkeepers on the ring road and where to get the best snacks for the office. We just do our bit and try to stay out of trouble. It isn't always easy, but we make it work.
