Jay Prakash Prem

Jay Prakash Prem is the name of this place and you can find us at G 4 in the Neelkanth Flat. We are located in the Akota area, specifically behind Dinesh Mill. It is a well-known landmark for anyone who lives around Chandlodiya or Gota. I’ve been running things from this ground-floor unit for several years. It isn’t a large office with a lot of people. It’s just a simple, quiet space where I can handle my business. I like being tucked away behind the mill because it’s a bit more peaceful than being right on the main road. The office is furnished with just the essentials. We have some chairs for people to sit and a desk for me. I don't believe in spending a lot of money on fancy decorations that don't help with the work. Most of my visitors are people from the local neighborhood. We don't have a marketing department or any sales brochures. I just talk to people and help them out with whatever they need. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for me and my customers. The neighbors are friendly and we often have a quick chat during the day. It’s a very grounded way to work. We just take each day as it comes and try to do an honest job. Nothing fancy about it at all.
