Janardan B Shah

I’m Janardan B Shah and you can find me over at A-17 Subhanpura in the Kudalwadi area. This part of town is mostly industrial and residential mixed together. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of all the construction going on nearby, but it’s a good place to be. I’ve been in this unit for quite a few years now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but I haven't gotten around to it yet because there is always more important work to do. Inside, it’s mostly just me and a couple of others handling the day-to-day business. We have a small back room where we keep supplies and a front area for meeting anyone who drops by. The street outside can get pretty crowded with parked vehicles, so it’s sometimes a bit of a squeeze to get through. I usually park my scooter right out front so I can get away quickly if I need to run an errand. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it has worked for us for a long time. People around here know me and they know where to find me if they need something done. It’s a straightforward life and a straightforward business, which is exactly how I like it to be. I don't see any reason to change things now after all this time has passed.
