Jalram Sales & Services

Jalram Sales & Services is located right opposite the I.T.I. at 6/B in the Richmana Society. It is a pretty straightforward spot to find once you get into the area. We handle a bit of everything here when it comes to sales and the service side of things. The office has that lived-in feel, with some old chairs and a desk that has seen better days. Since we are across from the I.T.I., we see a lot of students and instructors passing by throughout the day. The society itself is usually quiet, which makes for a decent working environment most of the time. We don’t go in for anything flashy. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or looking at equipment that needs fixing. Sometimes we have to go out on calls, so the shop might be locked up for an hour or two while we are at a client's place. We keep our tools handy and try to stay on top of the paperwork, though it tends to pile up on the corner of the table. It’s just a small operation where we know our customers by name. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. People just hear about us from their neighbors and stop by when they have a problem. We just do the work as it comes in and try to be fair about things without any complications.
